Hudson - 1/31/2017

Hudson ate whole wheat bagel and apricots for breakfast.  For lunch he ate ham, crackers, bean & bacon soup, and ate half of his peas.

Hudson is always so loving and happy to be back whenever he's gone.  It's so sweet and I think it's adorable!  Especially the first 30 minutes he was here today - several times he was saying, "Hi Lor Lor!  Hi Lor Lor!"  Then the same thing to the kids: "Hi Baby Nora!  Hi Baby Nora!"  Every few minutes he was coming over to me and hugging on my leg.  So stinking cute and Lor Lor was getting a kick out of it too!

Hudson was here when Avilene arrived and I took this first picture shortly afterwards.  Hudson was playing with the pop-up toy and Avi was moving in!  The picture represents the calm before the storm! After I took the picture I showed Avilene where three more of the same toys are located! Ha!

I asked Hudson, "Can you read a book to Baby Nora?"  and here's a picture of what he did.  Good job Bubba!!  Again, the picture doesn't really tell the rest of the story!  Almost immediately after this Nora was reaching for the book and grabbing it so Story Time With Bubba was over!!  Ha!  Not too much to say about Hudson laying his head on the arm of the couch, except I thought it was cute and he was saying, "Night night, night night."  And it wasn't even 9:00!  Almost breakfast time!!  Boy Hudson; entertaining TuTu must be hard work!  Ha!!

Sophie was being the Mommy again and said, "Can you sit here with Mommy, Honey!?"  I asked, "Who's your Honey?"  Sophie pointed at Hudson and Avilene and said, "These guys."  Then Sophie said, "Hey guys!  Mommy got an owie!!"  Ha!  They didn't really seem to care about that either!!  :) Hudson was happy to sit on the couch with her and read some books  - even though now Sophie said she was the "teacher!"  This really was cool because this book is one of the "I Spy" books.  It shows an object on one page and you find a duplicate on the other page.  Sophie was saying, "Find the heart Bubba."  Hudson was pointing at one and saying, "heart, heart."  Very Good Hudson!!

Hudson - 1/24/2017

Hudson ate half of his waffle and most of hash browns for breakfast.  For lunch he ate most of chicken & cheese quesadilla, ate carrots, and mandarin oranges.

Hudson was playing with the pop-up toys first thing this morning.  One slid down behind the yellow bench between the bench and legos table.  He was saying, "stuck stuck stuck."  I don't immediately jump up and rescue in a situation like that; one that he can fix himself.  He didn't even ask for help, but immediately figured out how to get the "stuck toy."  He moved the bench and got it out.  I was  giving him encouragement and he very proud of what he'd done.  Nice job Hudson!!  I love that!!

I was changing his diaper this morning and he said, "Frosty, Frosty."  So I asked him if he could "sing Frosty."  He immediately started singing, "Frosty...snowman...happy soul."  This is what I've been talking about....every day he adds another word or something new.  I've never heard him do the "happy soul."  Nicely done Hudson!

I had to run an errand (20 minutes) this morning and Lauralea covered for me.  She sang with the kids and read books while I was gone.  Sophie and Hudson were playing on the couch when I got back and I took this first picture when she was trying to coax Hudson to go off the couch like she was doing.  Head-First.  She even put a pillow on the floor for a soft landing!!  Ha!!  Not happening!  Good decision Bubba!!  And in the last picture Hudson was delivering stuffed animals to Sophie in the igloo as she was asking for them.  Not sure what the game was, but it's always fun watching them play together.

Hudson - 1/23/2017

Hudson ate some cheerios and some banana bites for breakfast.  For lunch he ate bread from cheese sandwich (with a few bites of cheese), drank tomato soup, and ate pickled beets.  When I first introduced the pickled beets a few months ago I had to encourage the kids just to lick them or "kiss them goodbye." (Anything to get a touch of the juice on their lips!  Ha!)  Reid is not here today; he too will eat them, but doesn't care for them as much as these three kids do.  Sophie had 3 servings!

We did a toy, book, and puzzle exchange this weekend and the pop-up toys you see in the 1st picture were a big hit.  I saw Hudson go back and play with them several different times.  Hudson also played on the mattress and is working real hard to jump and get both feet off the ground.  Nice job Bubba!  Sophie chased him with a stuffed animal saying, "Momma gonna get you, Momma gonna get you!"   He was running for his life!  Then he grabbed a spatula Sophie was playing with and took off running again!  This time Sophie was chasing him saying, "Bubba!  Give me my iPad!! Bubba!!  Give me my iPad!!"  Ha!

For at least an hour before lunch Sophie was being the "Momma" and Bubba was her victim...ooops, I mean child!  :)  He actually cooperated real well and even when he needed a break and I had to intervene he quickly went right back to "Momma!!"  Ha!!  In this next picture Sophie was packing her bag FULL of goodies to "go on Airplane!"  She was saying things to Hudson like; "Honey, we're ready...Momma's going.....want Momma carry you!?"  Ha!  Then she patted the couch and said, "Airplane Bubba...sit!"  So he dutifully climbed up there and sat!!  She also said, "Listen to me Honey!!  1 2 3 .... COME HERE!!!"  LOL!  (The old counting trick! Ha!)  Then in the last picture she told her Baby to sit on her lap and was using the doll bottle to feed him.  It was pretty entertaining and he played along for a LONG time!  I was impressed.

Hudson - 1/20/2017

Hudson ate oatmeal and a few dried cranberries for breakfast.  When he saw the bowl of oatmeal he asked, "That mine?"  Yup.  And he asked the same thing at lunch.  "That mine?"  I swear he's saying something new EVERY DAY!!  (on his own without prompting)  For lunch he ate ground beef, whole wheat elbow noodles, peas, and applesauce.

Right after Lunch today Reid spotted a little spider on the ceiling and pointed it out to Sophie and she showed it to Hudson.  Oh man, they were wanting to "get" it!  Sophie said, "Bubba, Look at that stinking spider!"  (You're welcome.  Ha!)  Then they had the little drills and were pointing them at the ceiling and Hudson was saying, "Shoot shoot, shoot shoot."  :)  So after I finished feeding Baby Nora I got the ladder and got the stinking spider!  Ok everyone, you can all relax!!  :)

The first thing Hudson did this morning was take these 5 cups you see in the picture and stack them all together.  He was SO proud of himself.  So cute.  He was showing Lor Lor:  "Cups Lor Lor, cups Lor Lor."  Then he was spreading them out and stacking them again.  (Notice his grin; very proud and finding lots of pleasure in this activity.)

More reading with Cousin Sophie!!  (Nice job of getting Sophie's hair parted straight Lor Lor!!)  There is a cute story behind the last picture!  Sophie was wanting Hudson to help her get the Big Bear back over the balance beam and onto the mattress!  She was saying, "1 2 3 4 5 6...help me Bubba!" and they were supposed to throw it onto the mattress!  Ha!  Reid was watching and said, "You need me to help you!"  So he did.  Sophie asked Reid, "Can you help us make a bunkbed Reido?"  Ha!  He went right over and stacked the 2 bears on top of each other.  Sophie said, "Ok Bubba, I sleep on top, you sleep on bottom."  Hudson didn't really want any part of this activity and took off running!  Ha!  Sophie yells, "Get back here Bubba; it your nap time!!"  Haha!

Hudson - 1/19/2017

Hudson ate bites of raisin english muffin and ate blueberries for breakfast.  For lunch he ate ham, flat bread, two servings of green beans, and ate strawberries.  At breakfast time, sitting in his highchair, Hudson started singing, "Frosty...snowman."  "Frosty" has not been in the lunchroom for over two weeks.  Nice memory Hudson.

Goodness!  Hudson is mimicking everything now!!  Wow!  Yesterday afternoon I said, "stinking duck!" about some duck we were reading about.  "Stinking duck, stinking duck, stinking duck."  I was telling Reid's Mom about it this morning and Hudson heard me!!  Here we go again; "Stinking duck, stinking duck, stinking duck!"  He was showing Lor Lor his shirt this morning; "Mickey Mouse, Mickey Mouse."  More words first thing today: "Hi Lesley, Hi Bode, Bye Andy."  For about a minute after Daddy Andy had left; "Bye Andy, bye Andy, bye Andy."

I took this picture of Hudson crawling across the floor "chasing" Avilene.  She was crawling for a minute and he decided to follow.  She was running and laughing.  I tried to get both of them in the picture, but that was not happening!!  Then Reid was trying to get Hudson to "chase" him; without much success.  "I try get Bubba to get me!!"  Ha!

Hudson has been using two blocks, like you see in the picture below, for a couple of weeks now.  Nice problem solving, BUT he's gaining access to unexplored territory!  Ha!  Which is great here at Daycare because the entire room is for kids!!  When I took this picture he was twisting on one of the "stove top knobs" I put on when I built the cupboards.  And he managed to get it off and brought it to me!  Haha!  I took the last picture when Hudson and Avi were sitting and looking at books and playing with similar toys. (More parallel play.)

Hudson - 1/18/2017

Hudson ate jelly toast and mangoes for breakfast.  For lunch he ate rice, chicken, and bean burrito, ate two servings of sweet potatoes, and ate tropical fruit.  When I wash his hands at meal times I always say the same thing - wash one hand and then say, "Other hand!"  Today he handed me his 'other hand' and said, "Other hand!"  Ha!  Nice job Hudson!!

This picture is from yesterday afternoon, but it was so cute and sweet when Sophie and Hudson were both loving on Riley.  And Riley is definitely a sweetie and very kind to the little ones!

Hudson was excited when it was Story Time this morning.  He saw me headed for the "Special Books" and he started clapping!  (He was already waiting on the couch!)  Later, he was reading a book "The Wheels on the Bus" and doing the motions to it!  That's the first time I've seen him do it on his own.  So cute.  He was moving his hands "round and round."  Sophie started singing, "Round and Round" when she saw what he was doing.

Hudson loves putting stuff on his head and strolling around!  (As you already know and all the previous pictures I've posted as well!)  He had this vest on his head and I said, "Hey Bubba!" and took this picture when he turned around.  Yesterday Baby Nora's Mom came to pick her up early and saw Hudson strolling around with something on his head and she sure laughed!  Speaking of other Moms - this morning when Reid arrived Hudson said, "Hi Lesley!" to Reid's Mom. She was so surprised and she loved it!!  Well done Bubba!!  Later, I was telling Reid what Hudson had done and Hudson said it again, "Hi Lesley!"  Reid looked at me and said, "He called you that!!"  :)

Here's a picture of Hudson dutifully sitting and eating his sandwich as Sophie feeds him!  Ha!  She'd built quite the sandwich - 8 layers thick and she was feeding him every layer one at a time!  :)

Hudson - 1/17/2017

Hudson ate cinnamon roll and had a taste of canned prunes for breakfast.  For lunch he ate everything; scrambled eggs, waffles, hash browns, and melon.  (We tried a "melorange" similar to cantaloupe and super sweet.  All the kids liked it.  Even Hudson ate all of his and he's not usually a melon eater here. )

In this first picture Hudson was just sitting playing with the legos - hand in the legos drawer.  (That's a legos in his mouth in case you were wondering what it is!)  I initially took this picture because Sophie was wearing dress-up clothes, but then I realized Hudson was in the picture too so I'm posting it!!  :)   Hudson had a great morning; very happy to see everyone and calling each one by name.  Lor Lor sat down on the couch to fix Sophie's hair and Hudson crawled right up there and snuggled up tight to her.  :)  (I think he was expecting her to read books, but she needed to leave for work.)

Here are 2 pictures of Sophie reading books to Hudson.  In the first picture she wouldn't share her food with Hudson, but she'd read to him.  I asked her if Bubba could have lunch with her.  "No."  Why not?  "Because it dinner."  Ha!  Can he have dinner with you?  "No."  Hmmm....(She was saving it for Reid.)  Then a few minutes later Sophie moved to the arm of the couch (bottom picture) and said, "Bubba!  Come sit on my lap!"  He headed right over there, but sat beside her.  Good choice Hudson.  (I wasn't going to let him sit on her lap anyhow perched on the edge of disaster!)   Hudson and Sophie also spent lots of time going down the slide.  Well actually it was Hudson going down the slide and Sophie "catching" him at the bottom.  :)

Hudson - 1/13/2017

Hudson ate several bites of brown rice and ate raisins for breakfast.  For lunch he ate meat balls, flat bread, carrots, and apricots.  I walked up to Hudson (at breakfast in his highchair) and he said, "Hello."  LOL  Well hello Bubba!  Then he was saying, "Hello Avi, hello Avi, hello Avi."  I love how he says different words ALL the time.  Very cool.

Hudson was sad and crying when Mommy left this morning.  (You did a great job of just leaving Maddy!  I'm sure that's not easy!)  His sadness lasted for at least 30 seconds!!  Until Reid walked in the door and Bubba was transformed!  No more tears and all happiness!  Ha!  "Hi Reid, hi Reid!"

Hudson and Avi were playing with the jingle bells and shakers.  First they emptied the shelf and then they were shaking those toys and making lots of racket!!  Sometimes they simply empty the shelves; just because the shelves need to be empty!!  :)  Hudson was putting the jingle bells on his arms and then shaking his arms.

I took this picture because I thought it was cute how Hudson moved the blocks over to the changing table to see what is up there.  I haven't seen him do this before.  He tried to touch the camera later and I simply told him; "that stuff is Gary's and you can't touch it.  But you can look and see what's up here!"  He totally understood and didn't mess with anything on the changing table.  He's a very good listener and follows my directions well.

Hudson - 1/12/2017

Hudson ate cinnamon toast and a bite or two of apple pieces.  For lunch he ate baked chicken, dinner roll, hash browns, and no cherries.

When Daddy Andy brought Avi this morning Hudson started saying, "Avi Andy, Avi Andy, Avi Andy."  Then he said it once more after Andy left; "Avi Andy."

In this first picture Hudson was going down the slide over and over and Avi and Sophie were keeping a close eye on him!  This has been one of his favorite activities for this week.  (This slide flips over and there are steps on the other side.)

I took this picture to give you an idea what I do sometimes at Art with the little ones when they are close to participating.  Hudson colors at Art, but he didn't really get the idea what we were doing here so he just watched too; along with Avi.  (Plus, it was something new and he didn't want to touch it.)  I call it "golf ball" art.  Paper and paint in the pan and, and a golf ball rolling around on it leaves lots of very cool tracks on the paper.  Sophie is patiently waiting for her turn.  Avi and Hudson were very focused on watching and and watched for over 10 minutes before they got bored.

If you see similar pictures in the Blog you can assume it's something Hudson likes to do!!  Ha!  I've posted a few pictures of him with something on his head.  He frequently has a piece of dress-up clothes draped over his head.  This one cracked me up because it is a piece of doll clothes!  Ha!  Look how tight it fits!  But he managed to pull it down tight!  :)

Hudson - 1/11/2017

Hudson ate whole wheat bagel and peaches for breakfast.  For lunch he ate everything as well; Ham, whole wheat elbow noodles, corn, and apple bites.

Hudson surprised Nora's Daddy this morning by saying, "Hi Ryan."  He did it on his own without any prompting from me.  Nicely done Hudson.

As soon as Lor Lor came into the Daycare room Hudson was saying, "read read read."  So Lauralea read him some books.  I took this picture later when she was reading to Sophie, Reid, and Hudson.  Earlier she was reading just to Hudson when Avilene came over with her arm extended.  Lauralea was all excited; "Oh, do you want to read too!?!"  (They were reading a book Avi had been looking at earlier.)  Nope.  She was just trying to retrieve her book!  Ha!  That made me laugh.

Avi was sitting on this yellow bench (turned over to make a table) by herself and Hudson joined her up there.  In this picture Sophie is trying to get a dress-up vest on Avi's arm.  (Sophie soon gave up on that task!  Ha!)  I like how one of Hudson's butt cheeks is teetering on the edge of the bench!!

I hooked the two tunnels together for the kids to crawl through this morning.  Hudson had a blast and probably played with it longer than anyone.

Hudson - 1/10/2017

Hudson ate waffle and pears for breakfast.  For lunch he ate tuna & crackers, sweet potatoes, and no mandarin oranges.

For Mommy and Daddy: Hudson needs wipes.

Hudson looked at the picture on my shirt and said, "elk elk elk."  Then he pointed at the poster on the freezer (beside his highchair) and again pointed at the elk; "elk elk elk."  Nicely done Hudson.  It's been a few weeks since I've worn this shirt, but he certainly remembered!

Here's a picture of what is usually a daily event.  Sophie reading books to Bubba.  Hudson and Sophie both love to read books and I love it.  About 3 times they got off the step and went to the book rack for more books.  Then back to the step to read.  Later Sophie took a pile to Reid for him to read to her.  He looked at all of her books and said, "I don't want to read ALL of these!"  He did read a few to her and Hudson and said, "That was hard work!!"  Ha!

Hudson did lots of coloring on the coffee filter at Art Time.  He really gets into the coloring and it's fun to watch him.   Reid was impressed!  I should have immediately written down the quote, but Reid essentially was telling Hudson he didn't realize how much he liked to color!!  It was a "side-ways" compliment and very cute.

Sophie was wearing a vest (dress-up clothes) and Hudson wanted dress-up clothes too, but he just threw his over his head.  (Way quicker to do that!!)  Sophie was looking at it and telling him that just wasn't how to do it!!  She frequently offers Hudson LOTS of unsolicited advice!  Ha!!

Hudson - 1/9/2017

Hudson ate most of chex cereal and mixed fruit for breakfast.  For lunch he ate pulled pork, drank tomato soup with straw, and ate pickled beets.  Sophie likes to get bibs at meal times for Hudson and Avi.  Hudson frequently doesn't appreciate her help (ha!) and I told her I'd take care of Hudson.  Sophie said, "I'll take care of Avi!"  :)

This first picture is one I took Friday afternoon.  Hudson loves Riley!!  (Who doesn't!?!)  She has a very mellow temperament (my perspective) and is very much "in tune" with the other kids; especially the little ones.  In the picture Riley is showing Bubba something and watching for his reaction. Hudson has already been chanting her name today.  Even after she was here on Friday he kept saying her name and Riley sure thought that was funny!

We did a toy, book, and puzzle exchange this weekend and the kids were all busy checking out the new toys.  I took this picture of Hudson visiting on his cell phone with Momma.  He was saying, "Hi Mom, Hi Mom, Hi Mom..."  A few years back Reid's Mom worked for AT&T and supplied me with LOTS of discarded flip phones for the kids to play with.  (This was first thing this morning - he still had his boots on!)

I took this next picture when Avi was checking out Sophie's food display!  Hudson came over to show Sophie a book and that was a perfect distraction so Avi could move in and swipe some food! Actually she touched them, but left them all on the yellow bench/table.  Sophie wasn't convinced and was yelling, "Aveeeeee, Aveeeeeee....."  :)

One of the kids (or I) will always mention when the mail arrives.  These three went to the window to watch.  (Reid is not here today.)  When I took this picture Hudson and Avi were looking at Sophie and she apparently has a toy in here mouth.

Hudson - 1/6/2017

Hudson ate oatmeal and wasn't interested in tasting the prune for breakfast.  For lunch he ate hash brown casserole, biscuit, and one or two mandarin oranges.

Here's a note from yesterday afternoon.  Hudson was talking about "Riley" again.  Two days ago it was "Riley, Riley, Riley."  Yesterday he was saying, "Riley soon? Riley soon? Riley soon?"  I loved it because he was putting it in the form of a question!  Yes, she'll soon be here.  Good job Hudson.  Later, after Riley and Kenzie were here he wanted Riley to play with him on the mattress; "Come Riley, come Riley, come Riley."

There is a lot more static electricity during these winter months (you can google that - ha!) and it's super prevalent on the couch in the daycare room.  (Sophie's hair has been going crazy much to Reid's delight!)  Anyhow, Bubba got up on the couch and touched my arm and we got zapped pretty significantly.  He looked surprised and then looked very accusingly at me!  Haha!

I'm frequently just putting packing tape on the board books to help them survive!  The noise from the tape dispenser makes Bubba super nervous so I got a different dispenser that is much quieter.  (You're welcome.)  This morning I was repairing a book (30 second job) and Hudson sprinted to snuggle up close to Reid!  So cute.  Reid looked at him and said, "I'm not your Mom!"  Ha!  However, this one is much quieter and Hudson was able to maintain his composure!!

Here's a couple pictures from this morning!  Does the location look familiar in this picture!?  Obviously, one of Hudson's favorite spots in the room!  He was pretty tired acting this morning and was exhausted by 10:50 when I took the 2nd picture.  But he made it through lunch and ate well.

Thursday, January 5, 2017

Hudson - 1/5/2017

Hudson ate flat bread and blueberries for breakfast.  For lunch he ate turkey slice, dinner roll, green beans, and strawberries.

This first picture is from yesterday afternoon and Bubba was playing in the bottom of Baby Nora's saucer.   He must have made it look like fun because when Kenzie got here after school she tried to get in there when he got out!!  Like I posted yesterday Hudson anxiously awaits Baby Nora being on the floor to play after her naps or after I feed her.  Today he was stretched out in front of her, facing her, and their heads were touching.  It was super cute.  He sure loves the baby.

Hudson, Avilene, and Baby Nora all took off their socks this morning.  (Baby Nora is the worst! She has both socks off within two minutes of arrival everyday.)  Too cold for that!  Ha!  So I found some slippers for everyone.  I took this picture so you could see Hudson's slippers.  They have airplanes on them and he was thrilled.  He kept saying, "airplane, airplane.."

In this last picture Hudson is inspecting a Star Wars toy of Reid's.  I've told Reid he can bring them as long as he will bring enough for everyone or allow the little ones to play with what he brings.  I was cleaning up after lunch, shortly before nap time, and Hudson was laughing hard at whatever Reid was doing.  I peeked around the corner, but I could never spot anything too hilarious!  So I'm going to state the obvious here and then give you an example from Reid this morning.  Sometimes it pretty bizarre from an adult viewpoint what hits a child's funny bone!!  For example:  This morning Reid said, "Avilene is one of the funniest kids I know!"  Yup, she's hilarious alright! Why do you say that Reid?  He answered; "Remember when she had a HUGE poop!?!"  I remember lots of them, but I guess I didn't realize it provided you with so much comic relief!  :)

Hudson - 1/4/2017

Hudson ate most of whole wheat toast and maybe a bite of cantaloupe for breakfast.  For lunch he ate ham, crackers, bean & bacon soup, and mangoes.

I took this picture of Lauralea reading to Hudson; "Oh where oh where has my little dog gone.."  And she was using a stuffed puppy for a prop.  Bubba was loving it and then he'd say, "My turn, my turn." Lauralea worked from home and Hudson saw her again about noon and he was showing-off; spinning really fast and saying, "spin Lor Lor, spin Lor Lor..."

I tried to get a couple of pictures that would depict one of Avilene and Hudson's favorite places to play and one of their favorite activities.  They do a Toddler/Infant version of chase/peek-a-boo around the swivel/rocker!  The best part is the laughter and fun they are having!  Avi got so excited anticipating Bubba chasing her or saying, "Boo!!"

Hudson is talking so much!  This morning I thought he said, "Mommy."  But he was pointing at the Monte (poster) and saying, "Monte, Monte."  Then he was strolling around saying, "Riley, Riley..."  And he was pointing out the window in the direction that Riley and Kenzie come from after school.  Well it's only 10:00 Husdon, but she'll be here eventually!  Ha!  (He does love Riley.)  Then after I got Baby Nora up from her morning nap I was holding her on my lap and Hudson wanted her on the floor where she belongs!!  :)  He was pointing at the floor saying, "down, down, down."  Here's a picture of Hudson giving loves to Baby Nora after I put her on the floor!  All I had to say; "Bubba, do you love Baby Nora!?!?"  Immediately he'd lay his head on her.  :)

Tuesday, January 3, 2017

Hudson - 1/3/2017

Hudson ate bites of whole wheat bagel and ate apricots for breakfast.  For lunch he ate chicken, whole wheat elbow noodles, peas, and applesauce.

Baby Nora was already here when Hudson arrived and he was happy to see her and immediately was on mission to put a pile of toys in front of her.  (Sound familiar!?!  Ha!)  Saying, "Nora Nora....here Nora, here Nora," on every trip.

We sang songs, read books, and did some sign language.  Even though Hudson is talking lots he will occasionally still use some signs.  I was changing a poopy diaper for him this morning and he was fussing about the process.  So I told him he needed to be thankful!  Haha!  Tell Gary thank you!  He really wasn't in a mood to talk, but he did the "thank you" sign.  :)  Good job Hudson.

Hudson still likes sitting on the top of the legos table.  Even when there are other toys up there!  I took this picture when he was watching Reid across the room.  I can't tell you how many times he's hurt himself getting OFF the table.  And again this morning!  TWICE!!  But he still goes back!  One of the times today he slipped (while dismounting) and hit his chin on the window sill.

I took this picture of Sophie and Hudson sharing a blanket on the couch.  What are you guys doing? "Watching a movie!"  Sophie said.  Where is the movie?  They both pointed across the room.  From the expression on Sophie's face I'm guessing it's a sad movie.  :)  Actually they'd been doing pretty well sharing the blanket, but shortly after this picture it all went south pretty quickly!  Ha!  And in the last picture Sophie was "hiding" under the pillows from Hudson and Avilene.
