Hudson ate french toast and two servings of strawberries for breakfast. For lunch he ate 'whole 30' chili with hamburger, peppers, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, and sauces. He also ate whole wheat dinner roll and ate tropical fruit. At lunch I was feeding Baby Linnea and Hudson has obviously listened to my words while feeding her and today he asked; "Is she slowing down?" (After she'd ate several bites.) :) No, not yet.
These first two pictures are from yesterday afternoon and Hudson was playing with his little buddy after Linnea woke up from her nap. Hudson is laying on his tummy and Linnea has her feet on his back. So cute. The 2nd picture: We were outside playing and the little neighbor boy had a couple of friends over and they were playing on his trampoline. So I showed Hudson a nice knothole to peek through and observe what they were doing. (I primarily posted this so 22 will know I'm teaching her grandson some "life skills." Haha! You're welcome!)
Here are a couple pictures from this morning's activities. Hudson had gotten the "I Spy" book again and Nora snuggled up close beside him. They were doing the exact same thing I posted in yesterday's Blog, but this was SO cute I had to post another picture. And they were both giggling when I took the picture because she was intentionally pointing to the "wrong" object. I love the last picture and the cool thing about this moment is that Atley initiated it! (She will give hugs, but rarely initiates it.) They were sitting on the couch waiting for story time when Atley leaned over and said, "Hug, hug." It was so precious. So I asked them if they'd please do it again so I could take a picture. :) Thank you Atley and Hudson! They both have very relaxed peaceful expressions on their faces.
